EVENT OVERVIEW
Nature Rocks - a Concert for Conservation takes place on Saturday, July 18. Gates open at 5 p.m.

SCHEDULE OF BANDS

5 p.m. - Gates open

6 -7:30 p.m. - Martin Zellar & the Hardways

8 - 9:30 p.m. - The Jayhawks​

LOCATION
The Aitkin County Fairgrounds.632 Minnesota Ave N, Aitkin, MN 56431

 

PARKING

Ample parking is available within the Fairgrounds for $5. 

 

SEATING
Some picnic table seating will be available, but PLEASE BRING YOUR CHAIRS.

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Food and drink will be available at the concert. This includes beer and alcoholic beverage, plus water, and non-alcoholic drinks. 

COMING AND GOING
You will be issued a wristband upon entry into the concert. With this wristband, you may come and go from the event as you wish. We ask that you enter and exit through the main entrance.

WEATHER
The concert will take place rain or shine. We’ve ordered 80 and sunny, so all should be fine.

 

WATER STATION
We want you to stay hydrated, but hate single-use plastic. BRING A REFILLABLE WATER BOTTLE. A water bottle refilling station will be provided.

LODGING

Camping is not permitted at the Aitkin County Fairgrounds during Nature Rocks. If you are looking for campgrounds, HERE'S A LINK

Hotels & Motels... Go to aitkin.com to search for nearby motels. Grand Casino Mille Lacs is half an hour away, and Crosby-Ironton has options, too.

FOOD & DRINKS

There will be great food available! Beer and pop will be available. No outside food or beverages are permitted - unless it's medically necessary.

BEFORE AND AFTER THE SHOW

We hope you take the opportunity to explore Aitkin and the surrounding area. There are lots of great places to eat, and outdoor activities to enjoy. Explore what Aitkin has to offer at aitkin.com.
 

PETS

Service and emotional support animals are permitted. All other animals are not permitted.

PARKING

There is plenty of street parking in the Fairgrounds. $5 per vehicle.
